Bombay Dip

I love salty/sweet snacks and this dip is perfect! I've made this for card games, baby showers, tailgates, etc.. give me an excuse and I'll make it. The dip starts with a layer of creamy cheese and curry powder, then topped with layers of Indian-inspired goodies like apricots, coconut, almonds, and cranberries. It's easy to prepare and a big crowd pleaser - enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves or mango chutney
  • 2 tbsp chives, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup craisens

1. Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and curry powder. Spread mixture on a serving platter and top with preserves.

 2. Sprinkle chives and coconut evenly over the platter.

 3. Top with almonds and craisens.

Serve with crackers or pretzels. Enjoy!
