Grilled Indian Pork Tenderloin

This pork is my new weeknight favorite. I can throw it together on Monday night and grill it anytime during the week. It's quick, easy, healthy, and delicious!

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 - 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  •
1. Mix the spices, salt, and olive oil in a bowl to create a paste.
2. Rub it evenly on all sides of the pork.
3. Place the pork in a large ziploc and refrigerate at least 24 hours.

4. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for high heat.
5. Place the pork on the grill and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the pork and cook another 8-10 minutes until a meat thermometer reaches 155 degrees.

6. Transfer to a cutting board, cover with a foil tent, and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

7. Slice into 10-12 pieces and serve.
